Competing in the INDI Robot Games is a true lifetime experience; There is nothing like Designing, Building your own fighting robot to compete in tournaments. It’s a constant challenge for your inner designer, builder and problem solver. Make no mistake; It takes blood, sweat and tears to become the champ here!

Competition Info and Rules

The competition is based on a point system. This means we try to give each team as much time in the Arena as we possibly can. The team which has gathered the most points throughout the day will be the winner.

Location: To be announced (Somewhere in the Netherlands)

Build rules: FRA Build rules (2018)

  • Robots may weigh up to 13.6 kilograms (Featherweight)
  • Internal Combustion Engines are not allowed.
  • We reserve the right to limit Spinners that may cause safety issues.

Terms and conditions INDI Robot Games

  • This event is a joint effort between INDI, Mastermilo and the Dutch Robot Games
  • The deadline for entering the competition is March 15 2020
  • The Teamleaders of each participating team have to be at least 18 years of age
  • Teams will be informed about the status of their application by email after the application deadline.
  • Participants to the INDI Robot Games are agreeing to comply with the FRA Competition Rules (version 2018) and FRA Build Rules (version 2018).
  • Actual participation of robots will depend on compliance with the given FRA and Terms and Conditions stated by INDI.
  • Compliance with rules will be assessed on the day of the event before the competition begins.
  • Robots may weigh up to 13,6 kilos (featherweight)
  • Robots may not contain an Internal Combustion Engine
  • Teams must have read and agreed all rules and guidelines on this website.
  • Participation in this event is based on the participants’ own risk. INDI, Mastermilo and the Dutch Robot Games cannot be held liable for damages and/or any damage which may have come forth from attending the INDI Robot Games.
  • INDI has the right to disqualify and/or prohibit teams and/or robots from entering.
  • INDI will not share your contact details with third parties.
  • Participation in this event will entail the team agrees with the fact that participants may be filmed and photographed on location for marketing purposes.
  • INDI has the right to cancel this event at any time.
  • Please let us know if you find errors and/or have questions about these terms
  • INDI has the right to make decisions on any matter if these terms are not sufficient.
